Orange sherbet, mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple all together in one salad equals pretty tasty! Like so many of my friends, Bonnie is an excellent cook! Recently, Bonnie brought this delicious orange salad to a gathering my friend Marla had. We had so much fun enjoying what we all brought as well as the wonderful conversations we enjoyed. This salad is not only pretty but refreshing as well. It first reminded me of a jello salad my mom use to make that had some of the same ingredients plus cottage cheese. You’ll love the simplicity of this recipe!
Orange Jello Salad
6 oz. orange jello
2 cups boiling water
2 cups orange sherbet
11 oz. mandarin oranges (drained)
20 oz. crushed pineapple
Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add fruit. Pour in 2 quart container.
