Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breasts
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
4 tablespoons salted butter, melted
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup dry, Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
3/4 teaspoon oregano leaves, crushed
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Heat oven to 400 degree F. Spray a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Melt butter and set aside. Mix together all dry ingredients. Coat both sides of
each chicken breast with melted butter. Coat with each piece of chicken with
dry breading mixture. Place prepared chicken breasts in prepared pan.
Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
