Chocolate Filled Cupcakes

My yearly Halloween tradition is to make cupcakes for the few Trick or Treaters we have.  Living in the country has many perks, but one we don’t have is a lot of Trick or Treater traffic.  So the family members and close friends that come to our home are treated to homemade cupcakes. This year…I chose these Chocolate Filled Cupcakes I make at different times throughout the year.  My sister gave me this recipe eons ago!  I’m so glad she did!
