Cream Cheese Pinwheels

Cream Cheese Pinwheels |My Kitchen AddictionsIt’s time to prepare those favorite finger foods for your upcoming New Year celebration.  May I suggest these easy-to-prepare and yummy cream cheese pinwheels?  They are a favorite in our family…even the youngest love them!

Cream Cheese Pinwheels
 
Recipe type: appetizer
Ingredients
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 small can (4.25 ounces) chopped black olives
  • 1 small can (4.25 ounces) green chilies
  • 1 (1 ounce) envelope Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
  • 1 (10 pk) flour tortillas
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients, except flour tortillas.
  2. Add approximately one-third cup of mixture onto a flour tortilla.
  3. Spread mixture until thin, covering all of tortilla.
  4. Roll tortilla tight.
  5. Cut into approximately one-half inch pieces.
  6. Continue process until all mixture is used.

  1. I make some similar to that and use sliced green onions but without the ranch mix and maybe a tablespoon of the olives. After rolling them up, I wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour or two, then slice. I think it makes it easier.
